I'm a Registered Psychotherapist and Recreation Therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and make sense of what you're experiencing. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with self-understanding, self-compassion, and connection.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, ADHD and neurodivergence, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, emotional overwhelm, and questions surrounding identity, purpose, and personal growth. Whether you're feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or trying to better understand yourself, I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and move toward lasting change.
A significant part of my work focuses on supporting couples. Using Gottman-informed and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches, I help partners better understand patterns of communication, conflict, emotional needs, connection, and disconnection. Together, we work to strengthen understanding, deepen emotional connection, and create healthier ways of relating to one another. My training in integrative sex and couples therapy also allows me to support conversations around intimacy, desire, sexual connection, communication, and the ways these experiences intersect with relationships, identity, and emotional well-being.
I also enjoy supporting individuals navigating ADHD and neurodivergence. When appropriate, I incorporate an ADHD-informed lens to help clients better understand how attention, motivation, organization, executive functioning, and emotional experiences can impact their daily lives, relationships, work, and sense of self. My goal is to help clients build practical strategies while also developing greater self-awareness and self-acceptance.
My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-informed practices. I tailor therapy to each client's unique needs and goals, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone.
I believe therapy isn't about becoming a different person or meeting someone else's expectations. It's about creating space to better understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and develop ways of moving through life that feel authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.
Whether you're working through something from the past, navigating challenges in the present, or hoping to strengthen your relationship, I offer a compassionate and collaborative space to help you build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.
