Taking the first step toward counselling can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. At Healing Haven Wellness Centre in Brantford, our Registered Psychotherapists and Registered Social Workers provide counselling for children, teens, adults, couples and families in a safe and welcoming environment.
Our team supports a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, relationship and family challenges, parenting, life transitions, stress and emotional overwhelm. We also offer specialized approaches and areas of care including EMDR, children’s play-based therapy, perinatal mental health and support for first responders.
In-person and virtual appointments are available, with direct insurance billing available for many plans.

Your initial 80-minute counselling session provides additional time to discuss your concerns, goals and history, and begin developing a plan for therapy.
Subsequent individual counselling sessions are 50 minutes and provide ongoing support as you work toward your therapy goals.
The initial couples counselling session is 80 minutes, allowing additional time to understand your relationship concerns, explore patterns and dynamics, and identify goals for counselling.
Subsequent couples counselling sessions are 50 minutes and provide continued support as you work together on your relationship goals.
Family counselling sessions are 80 minutes and are designed for three or more family members to explore concerns, improve communication and work toward healthier family relationships.
Sliding Scale Sessions Available Reduced-fee counselling sessions may be available for clients experiencing financial barriers. Please contact us to learn more about availability.
