The initial couples counselling session is 80 minutes, allowing additional time to understand your relationship concerns, explore patterns and dynamics, and identify goals for counselling.
Subsequent couples counselling sessions are 50 minutes and provide continued support as you work together on your relationship goals.
Family counselling sessions are 80 minutes and are designed for three or more family members to explore concerns, improve communication and work toward healthier family relationships.
