Meet Hailey

Hailey Slaviero is a Registered Acupuncturist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner providing acupuncture and TCM care at Healing Haven Wellness Centre in Brantford. Her approach is compassionate, individualized and focused on supporting both physical and emotional well-being.

Hailey’s connection to Traditional Chinese Medicine began in childhood when she accompanied her mother to acupuncture treatments. Experiencing acupuncture firsthand sparked an interest that eventually developed into a career dedicated to helping others through Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Each treatment is tailored to the individual and may incorporate acupuncture and other TCM modalities, including cupping, gua sha, shiatsu, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine.

Training & Experience

Hailey is an honours graduate of AIM Academy, where she completed diplomas in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, and now serves as Assistant Programme Director. Her advanced training includes a two-year postgraduate internship in Kampo Japanese herbalism and three years of study in Applied Channel Theory, a palpation-based acupuncture approach, with a doctor from Beijing.

Hailey also holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University, where she specialized in East Asian thought and its connection to wellness. She incorporates mindfulness, self-compassion and trauma-informed care into her approach to treatment.
