
Reiki is a gentle Japanese technique designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It works by helping to restore balance within the mind, body, emotions, and spirit.Reiki is based on the understanding that everything is energy — including our bodies, thoughts, and emotions. When we experience prolonged stress, trauma, or emotional strain, it can create tension and imbalance within the body. These imbalances may contribute to physical discomfort, fatigue, difficulty sleeping, or emotional overwhelm. During a Reiki session, a trained practitioner uses light touch or holds their hands just above the body to support relaxation and encourage energetic balance. Many clients describe feeling deeply calm, grounded, and restored after a session.
For new clients, sessions are 80 minutes in length
