Reiki healing is a gentle Japanese technique designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes. It works by helping to restore balance within the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Reiki is based on the understanding that everything is energy — including our bodies, thoughts, and emotions. When we experience prolonged stress, trauma, or emotional strain, it can create tension and imbalance within the body.
