Registered Psychotherapist and Registered Social Worker

First Counselling Session (initial session)

$185

Our initial counselling session, which lasts 80 minutes, can be tailored to meet your needs whether you are seeking couples therapy, individual therapy, or even group therapy.

Subsequent Counselling Sessions

$160

All sessions, whether for individual therapy, couples therapy, or group therapy, are 50 minutes in length after the initial session.

First Couples Counselling Session

Our initial couples therapy session lasts 80 minutes, providing ample time to explore your relationship dynamics, whether you're considering couples therapy, group therapy, or individual therapy.

Subsequent Couples Counselling Session

$170

Subsequent couples therapy sessions, as well as those for group therapy and individual therapy, are 50 minutes in length.

Family Counselling Sessions

Family counselling sessions (3 or more family members) last 80 minutes and can be a form of group therapy, complementing other options like couples therapy and individual therapy.
