I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP). My clinical work focuses on anxiety and related disorders, including OCD, using gold-standard, evidence-based treatments such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I also work with trauma and post-traumatic stress using American Psychological Association–approved approaches, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
My approach to therapy is active and collaborative. Together, we work to understand why certain patterns have developed while also building practical tools to help you respond differently when anxiety, intrusive thoughts, or emotional overwhelm arise. I aim to balance insight with real-world strategies so therapy feels meaningful and useful beyond the session.
Through the use of the Gottman Method, I support partners in slowing down conflict, improving communication, and understanding what lies beneath recurring challenges. Rather than focusing on blame, our work centers on building emotional safety, strengthening connection, and developing healthier ways of relating.
I strive to offer a space that feels grounded, honest, and supportive — one where you don’t need to have the “right words” to begin, only a willingness to show up. If you’re looking for a therapeutic approach that is both compassionate and practical, I’m here to help.
Whether you prefer a structured treatment plan or a more free-flowing session, we can work together in a way that fits your need
