Hi, I’m Hailey, a Registered Acupuncturist & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. 

My journey with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) began in childhood when I joined my mom for acupuncture treatments. Experiencing the profound effects of acupuncture firsthand sparked a lifelong passion for holistic healing. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the incredible ways TCM can restore balance and promote overall wellness. I’m dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. Each treatment is specialized to suit your unique needs, and may incorporate a variety of TCM modalities, including acupuncture, cupping, gua sha, shiatsu, moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine. 

With a wide range of clinical experience including women’s health, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries, I offer a holistic approach that nurtures both body and mind. In addition to my clinical practice, I’m the Assistant Programme Director of AIM Academy in Toronto. This has been a full circle journey, as I am an honours graduate of AIM Academy with diplomas in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine. I have also completed a 2-year postgraduate internship in Kampo Japanese herbalism, and have spent 3-years training with a doctor from Beijing in Applied Channel Theory, a palpation based acupuncture lineage. I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science from McMaster University, where I specialized in East Asian thought and its connection to wellness. I integrate mindfulness, self-compassion techniques, and trauma-informed care into my practice, ensuring that your treatment is not only effective, but also deeply supportive.

 I believe that healing is a collaborative process. I am here to listen, guide, and empower you on your path to greater balance and vitality—helping you feel at home in your body and at ease in your mind.
